We test all used Golf Carts before shipping.
All Golf Carts will be shipped by DHL, FEDEX, USPS, EMS, UPS etc.
We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours once goods have shipped from our warehouse.
Usually shipment takes 7-8 days to reach the destination to anywhere in the world from Nebraska Showroom by express shipping.

We provide DDP (door to door) service to the USA, Canada, Schengen Countries like Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand. South Afriica and some other countries.
We handle customs and Door to Door Operation in buyer’s country so buyer don’t need to pay any import duties or customs charges in DDP service.

Exempt above DDP country we help you to reduce your tax by shipping with a Lower Invoice.
Packing and Shipping
All Utility Vehicles come in truck load and original company packaging.
We put “FRAGILE” stickers on all side of vehicle so it cannot be broken easily in transportation.
TRACKING AN ORDER Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you.(Tracking Page)
Returns
In the event that a Golf cart or UTV needs to be returned back to us, the client will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original state, and in the same condition that you received it.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the package is securely covered to prevent damage during transit.
