Processing and Shipping Time

1. In Stock models will be shipped within 48-72 hours from Fairway Fun Carts Showroom.
2. Used and Second hand Golf Carts and ATV or UTVS will be shipped in 5-7 days.
3. We test all used Golf Carts before shipping.
4. All Golf Carts will be shipped by DHL, FEDEX, USPS, EMS, UPS etc.
5. We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours once goods have shipped from our warehouse.
6. Usually shipment takes 7-8 days to reach the destination to anywhere in the world from Nebraska Showroom by express shipping.

7. Cut Off Time- 02:00 PM. All orders shipped the same day if placed before 02:00 PM

8. We will notify you of all updates about your order in an email.
9. We provide free shipping in the USA ONLY

Support & Warranty

1. All brand Golf Carts and UTVS have 180 days of Manufacturer warranty.
2. Our technical team is available 24/7 to help you out with any kind of problem through team viewer.

Taxes and Custom Duties

1. We provide DDP (door to door) service to the USA, Canada, Schengen Countries like Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand. South Afriica and some other countries.
2. We handle customs and Door to Door Operation in buyer’s country so buyer don’t need to pay any import duties or customs charges in DDP service.
3. For DDP service buyer need to request manually: sales@fairwayfuncarts.com
4. Exempt above DDP country we help you to reduce your tax by shipping with a Lower Invoice.

Packing and Shipping

1. All Utility Vehicles come in truck load and original company packaging.
2. We put “FRAGILE” stickers on all side of vehicle so it cannot be broken easily in transportation.
3. TRACKING AN ORDER
   Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you.(Tracking Page)

Returns

1. In the event that a Golf cart or UTV needs to be returned back to us, the client will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original state, and in the same condition that you received it.
   
   
3. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fairwayfuncarts.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
4. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
   Please ensure the package is securely covered to prevent damage during transit.
