Once you place your order, our team gets to work! Our order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday). During this time, we verify your order, prepare your item(s), and package them securely for shipping.

Please note that orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cutoff Time:

Our daily order cutoff time is 02:00 (2:00 PM) (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Minnesota). Any orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

The total delivery time is the sum of our processing time and the shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, unforeseen weather events, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
